The God-giving VISION of our ministry is “Empowering leaders to grow healthier churches and ministries”

In plain language, we are convinced that pastors, ministers, leaders and church workers hold the key to the condition of the church. The quality of pastors will determine the quality of the church. The church can never rise higher than the life and dynamism of her leaders. We are therefore ADDICTED to helping, resourcing, empowering and equipping church leaders with relevant resources that will help them do a better job.

EMPOWERING- Providing resources, books, tapes, and materials at a minimal fee for leaders. These resources are contextualized to the peculiar situation of the African church.

LEADERS- They hold the key to the  vitality or lukewarmness  of the church. Every category of church leaders is our targets audience. We the conduct seminars, trainings and conferences for church workers. Associates leaders, pastor and overseers on how to lead the church better and much more effectively.

HEALTHIER CHURCHES- Churches cannot be healthy without proper analysis and training. Growth and healthy church goes together. One will always affect the the other. Healthy growth can only come when church leaders are properly trained and resources to handle the church well.

MINISTRIES-  We believe that every believer has a ministry and personal ministry of leaders will the fulfillment of the great commission. Ministry of evangelist, prophets, teachers, singers and dramatists should be highly enabled and allowed to function in fulfillment of the great commission.

We believe in the church. We believe in the body of Christ. We believe in good, godly, dynamic, competent and capable pastors, minister and leaders to lead the church forward. Our focus, attention and emphasis is on the balanced growth of the church. We are therefore willing to go to any length to help the church of Christ to fulfill the great commission and become rapturable church. Our seminars, conferences, books, materials, institute and consultancy outfit are geared towards these ends. “ And he went through Syria and cilicia, confirming the churches” (Act 15:41).
